In recent years Congress has made a big deal about protecting an individual’s health records from inspection by others. It’s even gone to the extreme that a parent of a minor child can have trouble getting their child’s test results. But now the Governor wants the state to have your health records, even if the state is not paying your medical bills. Is he, along with other states, laying the foundation for national, universal health care? |
