  Truth in Advertising  
 

“Truth in advertising” is an expression most of us have heard. No one likes to be manipulated or mislead, particularly when it comes to things on which they spend money. Government rightly steps in to prevent us from getting ripped off by deceptive advertising. Too bad there’s no remedy for an unsuspecting public to some advertisements popping up in Memphis.
